Beyond BREXIT – Advocacy & Activism

This is part two of four interactive workshops and talks which concludes with a crowd-designed festival for sustainable development on August 25. It is scheduled to take place almost at the conclusion of theHigh Level Political Forum on Sustainable Developmentand materials shared will reflect announcements made during these talks.

In this workshop we will also introduce two of our bespoke campaign tools to help you to develop an advocacy campaign that delivers results – in a fair and compassionate manner.

Developed for: social businesses, NGOs, public servants, CSR managers and concerned citizens.

195 governments have signed and committed toThe Global Goals for Sustainable Development, but they will only succeed in achieving them if they are supported by a supportive and vocal electorate.

Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat. Andacting full of passion without compassion or caring for those that you effect by your actions, is simple demagoguery.

In this workshop we introduce our “RISK” compass(Real Estate, Influence, Social & Knowledge). This will help you to design advocacy strategies that have the raw power of activism, but which avoid some of the negative outcomes such action can sometimes bring.

We also introduce our Campaign Cards – fifty-plus unique ways to campaign for a social cause which are aligned to our RISK compass.

Join us if you you want to play an active and sincere role in charting our nation’s course past BREXIT and into a prosperous and sustainable future.
